It is Aaron’s background and understanding of the early education industry that makes him an asset to Bailey Routzong and all the clients that work with him.

He understands the attention to detail required to run a successful childcare business. As the owner and director of operations for a large preschool for more than 15 years, he has a practical understanding of the daily risks childcare businesses face. He has integrated this experience with his knowledge of Insurance and Risk Mitigation strategies to assist his clients in protecting their businesses, their livelihood, and the young children they are entrusted with daily.

Aaron attended Texas A&M University and studied Economics followed by graduate school to pursue his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dallas. After Graduate School and almost eight years in the Financial Services Industry, he and his wife changed career directions and founded one of the largest preschools in Denton County. During his daily operation of the school, he strived to create a loving environment for close to 2,300 children and hundreds of employees. In 2021, he and his wife successfully sold the preschool and the real estate.

His entrepreneurial pursuits have included financial and strategic planning, a commercial cleaning company, a commercial real estate holding company, and a full-service Real Estate company. He has been active in Real Estate for 15 years and has maintained an active Real Estate license for 13 years.
